Return Instructions Melcey:

 

To make the return process as effortless as possible for you, please follow these simple steps:

 

Free returns within 14 days:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to submit a return request.

We offer free returns via DHL for all our customers.

 

Return label via email:

Contact our customer service at info@melceyfs.nl to submit a return request. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Upon approval, you will receive a return label via email.

 

Drop off at your nearest DHL point:

Print the return label received via email.

Securely package the items in the original packaging, with all original labels attached.

Take the package to your nearest DHL point and hand it to the staff along with the return label.

 

Return conditions:

The returned products must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original labels still attached.

Returns must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or invoice.

Used, washed, or damaged items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

 

Confirmation of return receipt and refund:

Once the returned products are received and checked for compliance with our return policy, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
